If time is on your side and budget is tight, Consolidated Shipment is the cost-efficient option. Each truck is shared between a few clients, where your items are securely and correctly labeled and tracked. Shipment must be available for the delivery window. This provides all the benefits of shipping your possessions to your next location, at a lower price point.
2. Exclusive Express Long Distance Moving
If you have a tight timeframe and want full control of your drop off dates, our Exclusive Express Long Distance Moving Service is the ideal option for you. We use the entire truck trailer exclusively for your shipment. You can choose your desired pick up and drop off dates, with direct delivery.

1. Prior to planning your move contact your Building Management and confirm if they require a COI, ask if they have a template and what they require. You will need to contact both your move out and move in building management team.
2. Provide the received details and any additional information to your Mack’s Moving Consultant or our COI Departament and authorize us to prepare your Insurance paperwork. Buildings can have their own preferred format for the COI and each one needs to be made out with specific details, like who it should be mailed to. This is the planning work that limits delays from corrections and changes that we will take care of for you.
3. We will ensure all requirements are met including: the minimum insurance value, the right timing to ensure it’s finalized well before your move and we double check all the details and format of the COI so it’s acceptable to your Building Management requirements.
4. We will also send your COI via email for your own records and confirm it’s approved.
5. Your approved COI will insure you for any accidental building damage that may occur in your move, which means you are not out of pocket if that happens.

The total price ended up being ~$600 more than quoted and I don't know if I'd recommend Mack's Moving Company again. They broke my fan and charged me for a mattress bag and tv box that didn't get used. I had my own tv box, so it's okay. But seeing them drag the mattress all over the dirty floor was very upsetting. Out of the three movers, Tomas was the only professional. He had moving gloves, smarts to get stuff around corners without damage, friendly, and sanitized the mattress after I made a comment about it being dragged around dirty floors. I didn't ask him to clean it so it was super nice and professional of him to do that on his own. The driver was okay but seemed a little high? I don't mind - and I might totally be wrong and that's just his personality. Nothing really got damaged during the drive as far as we can tell. The 16 year old kid Mack's moving employs had a bit of an attitude but very much in line with his age after he told me how old he was (unprompted - but it made sense). They took an hour or two for lunch mid trip but they asked before hand and all was good. There was some miscommunication though and the owner called me a week after the trip saying they undercharged me and wanted almost $500 more! We cleared it up since he was going to charge for the time they took for lunch but didn't realize. The price was good, but I was misled with the quote. They charge roughly the same rate twiceover for transport and labor... IE: if they take an hour driving to pickup from dispatch, you get charged an hour for labor PLUS whatever distance they did rounded up.
