Mack's Employees were very efficient, friendly, attentive, careful, fast, and professional. They wrapped all furniture to prevent damage. They worked as a team and therefore finished in a timely yet professional manner. They were very attentive to our needs and extremely friendly. I would definitely recommend them 100 times over!

The Albany office helped explain over the phone how to do the inventory & scheduled a date that gave us sufficient time to properly prepare for the move. The inventory software is easy to understand, use & update. Several additional questions during the prep time were quickly answered over the phone. The moving staff arrived on time, were courteous & so efficient that they finished moving all our items to three drop off locations in less time than than the contractual estimate. Thereby, saving us several hundred dollars in cost.
This company made my move from South Fla to Ft Pierce, Fla very comfortable. I had no worries about my furniture and the packing of my things. They are very reliable and I would recommend them to ANYONE who is doing cross state or local moving.

The company was very responsive to my inquiry and even called me to confirm a couple days before my move. The movers were Chris, Jason and Stefan. They were professional and courteous the whole time. Chris was informative throughout the whole move and they were careful with all my stuff. I'm happy with the service and would use them again. Also, the hourly rate came out to be much cheaper than the other quotes I got.
