I contacted Mack's Moving Company to get help with a move from one apartment to another inside my building. The confirmation call made me feel confident about the appointment and I thought it was a nice touch, asking me if I had any questions right before the move. Great customer service in that respect. The movers that did the work were nice to be around and they really hustled. Much appreciated and would use again.

The movers were very professional and did a quick job loading all my Mom’s furniture and other items despite having to navigate a long hallway and elevator.

They were able to fit me in last minute. Only a few days notice. They were thorough and very careful with my stuff. I'll definitely use them again.

Just Great! Best move I've ever had, and I've had many. The entire process was extremely friendly, responsive, attentive, accommodating, professional, efficient, competent, and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed dealing with Lisa to make the arrangements--it was a blast and she knew exactly what I needed and how to get it done. And the packers/movers--Cody, James, and Kevin--could not have been faster, more careful, more courteous, and an absolute pleasure to deal with. And, btw, they did the job in much less time and expense than had originally been estimated--just as Lisa had expected from the start. Again, just great! I enthusiastically recommend Mack's Moving.

We are highly satisfied with the moving service provided by Mack’s! The communication with everyone in the office was clear. They took the time to determine exactly what our moving needs were; any questions I had were answered quickly and efficiently. The movers worked well with each other. They were very pleasant and polite and treated our belongings with great care. We are beyond happy with the experience we had and would recommend Mack’s if you need anything moved.
